Do you have a retail store front?
At this time we do not have a retail facilitity.
What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If choosing PayPal as your payment, please select check/money order and say PayPal in the comments section upon payment.
How is sales tax charged?
We are required to collect Nebraska sales tax, (7.0%), on instate Nebraska orders unless you are one of our wholesale customers and have provided us a copy of your Nebraska Sales Tax ID resale certificate and a completed Nebraska Department of Revenue Form 13 in advance of your first order.
Can I order by telephone?
Yes, however, due to the possibility of human errors, we strongly encourage using our convenient online shopping cart.
SHIPPING and HANDLING INFORMATION-RETAIL ORDERS
How are shipping rates calculated for RETAIL orders?
Exact shipping charges are charged once we have processed your order. We ship the Best Way possible, whichever is cheaper for your, UPS or USPS.
How soon will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. However, orders placed after 2 p.m. on Fridays, will be shipped on the following Monday.
What if my shipment has been damaged?
Harvest Lane takes special care in packing all of our customers orders. We strive to have all products leave our business in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you should receive a damaged package, you MUST SAVE THE SHIPPING BOX!!! UPS requires an inspection of the damaged box, goods, and packing material before they will pay for a damage claim. Claims must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. If you see that the box is damaged upon arriving, please refuse acceptance of your package.
Do you ship outside the continental United States? Sorry, we are unable to ship outside the United States at this time.
